This process must be performed by the Ansys Support Coordinator (ASC). Each account has one ASC and the ASC is the only person who has the authority to make this change. If you cannot access this process and/or are unsure who your ASC is, please contact your account manager or email@example.com.
- Login to the customer portal using your ASC credentials.
- Click “Ansys Licensing Portal” in the upper right portion of the screen to be directed to the Licensing Portal.
- Browse to the Entitlements > Leases/Perpetuals > click the “Link” to start the online server change process.
- Follow the on screen instructions to change your license server.
