SimuTech Group has been named a Rochester Top Workplace in the midsize company category! The Top Workplaces award acknowledges that a great workplace culture is more than good benefits and time off; it means that companies recognize that their greatest asset is their employees.
The Democrat and Chronicle awarded SimuTech Group the number 5 spot for midsize companies at its 10th annual Top Workplaces celebration on March 22nd. This is the first time SimuTech Group participated in this program, and we are thrilled to have earned a spot on this list demonstrating our dedication to making SimuTech a great place to work. We survey our employees annually so that we can gather candid feedback, make changes as necessary, and ensure that our employees’ voices are being heard. This process has allowed us to continuously grow as we focus on company culture year after year.
